Kari Coventry Smith is an Engraving and Digital Manuscript Specialist at GIA. After a career self-employed as a desktop publishing, stay-at-home-mom, she joined the staff at GIA where, as an engraver, she is able to bring several skills together. Kari sings with a Flossmoor-based choral group, the Midwest Motet Society. Family, knitting, and quilting are also important factors in her life.
