Now let’s look at our missal editions and accompaniments for our short-term resources…
Pew Editions
Our pew editions for Seasonal Missalette and ¡Celebremos/Let Us Celebrate! come in two sizes. The standard print is 5.5” x 8.5” and is softcover and perfect-bound. The large print is 7” x 10” and is also softcover and perfect-bound.
The We Celebrate and Word & Song missals are 6” x 9” and are softcover and perfect-bound.
Seasonal Missalette and We Celebrate also have the option of including Misalito Parroquial, which is a Spanish insert at the back of your missal. The pages are yellow to make them easily distinguishable. Misalito Parroquial can be included in both the standard and large print editions.
Accompaniments
Seasonal Missalette and Word & Song Keyboard Edition
The alphabetical keyboard editions for Seasonal Missalette and Word & Song have been combined into one convenient resource. This 8.5″ x 11″ edition comes in a three-ring binder that allows for supplements to be added as necessary. The three volumes are printed on bright, white paper for easy viewing and are formatted to reduce the number of page turns. Guitar chords are also included.
Seasonal Missalette and Word & Song Guitar Edition
The alphabetical guitar edition for Seasonal Missalette and Word & Song are 8.5” x 11” and includes guitar chords and melody line along with some vocal harmonies when available. It comes in a three-ring binder that allows for supplements to be added as necessary. The two volumes are printed on bright, white paper for easy viewing and are formatted to reduce the number of page turns.
Misalito Parroquial/Libro de Acompañamiento
This accompaniment is exclusive to Seasonal Missalette and We Celebrate. It is included as a supplement to your keyboard and/or guitar editions when you subscribe to either Seasonal Missalette with Misalito Parroquial or We Celebrate with Misalito Parroquial. The keyboard and guitar editions each come as one spiral-bound volume that is 8.5″ x 11″. They are formatted to reduce the number of page turns.
¡Celebremos/Let Us Celebrate! Keyboard Edition
The ¡Celebremos/Let Us Celebrate! keyboard edition is 8.5″ x 11″ portrait and is formatted to reduce page turns. It comes in three spiral-bound volumes. Organized alphabetically, volume one is service music, volume two is English music, and volume three is Spanish and Bilingual music.
¡Celebremos/Let Us Celebrate! Guitar Edition
The ¡Celebremos/Let Us Celebrate! guitar edition It is 8.5″ x 11″ portrait and is formatted to reduce page turns. It comes in three spiral-bound volumes. Organized alphabetically, the music includes guitar chords and melody with some vocal harmonies on a variety of songs. Volume one is service music, volume two is English music, and volume three is Spanish and Bilingual music.
Choral Companion
Choral Companion contains more than 700 two-, three-, and four-part arrangements of hymns, songs, and ritual music found in the We Celebrate Hymnal, Seasonal Missalette, Word & Song, and ¡Celebremos!/Let Us Celebrate!
The page design features larger text and clearer musical notation. This edition is 7” x 10”, softcover, and perfect-bound.
C Instrument Companion
The C Instrument Companion contains arrangements for enhancing your subscription-based resources including Seasonal Missalette and Word & Song as well as many selections from We Celebrate. This edition is spiral-bound and 8.5” x 11”.
Subscription-based Hymnals
¡Celebremos!/Let Us Celebrate! Himnario/Hymnal is a bilingual subscription-based hymnal that comes in two sizes, 5.5” x 7.5” and 7” x 10” and they are both perfect-bound. Designed to coordinate with the ¡Celebremos!/Let Us Celebrate! Missal.
The We Celebrate Hymnal contains more than 850 hymns, songs, psalms, and ritual music selections. It is 6” x 9” and is also perfect-bound. Designed to coordinate with the We Celebrate missal.
The above two resources are updated every three years and can also be paired with any of our other missals.
Lectionary Psalms
GIA has a wide variety of Lectionary Psalm resources that can be used interchangeably with our hymnals and missals. Below is a list of these valuable resources for singing the psalms at mass. They are all spiral-bound and range from one to three volumes. The size for each is 8.5” x 11”.
