Creator of the Stars of Night – lead sheet – DEMO – This was a song I arranged for Advent. I used the familiar hymn text and melody, altered the harmonization a bit, and added a Refrain. Our parish’s Advent theme that year was ‘Stable-Bound.’  I’ve always loved this hymn and was grateful the opportunity arose for me to finally get around to arranging it for our parish. Please feel free to use it in your own parish.  WLP will be publishing this song in the near future, with one text change in the Refrain: instead of “to the stable now, we pray” we will use “to your people now, we pray.”   (Gathering / Preparation / Communion)
