Meaning “Your people sing,” Tu Pueblo Canta celebrates the fundamental elements of community, faith, and song in Latino/a culture. This series explores the rich musical gifts found within the Hispanic church, highlighting the work of today’s leading Spanish-speaking and bilingual artists and composers. Beyond even language, the pieces in Tu Pueblo Canta exude the rhythms and sounds capable of speaking to the very heart of el pueblo (the people).
